Nasdaq to open a new office at Infinity

Nasdaq, a global technology company and operator of capital markets infrastructure, has leased 2,000 sqm of office space in the Infinity complex in Wrocław. The new office is scheduled to open at the turn of 2026 and 2027. It is one of the largest lease transactions recorded recently in the regional office market.

Infinity is a modern, seven-storey Class A office building located at 16 Legnicka Street in Wrocław. It offers 18,727 sqm of office space and 1,561 sqm of retail and service space. The property stands out with its dynamic architecture, representative lobby featuring indoor greenery, rooftop terraces and modern solutions designed to enhance tenants’ comfort, including an innovative building management platform developed by spaceOS.

Infinity also offers a three-level underground car park, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive cycling facilities. The development was completed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties in line with the requirements for BREEAM Excellent certification. Both the development of the project and the ongoing management of the building are carried out in accordance with ESG criteria, supporting its low-carbon profile and reducing its environmental impact.

Office tenants at Infinity include Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wrocław, ingage Poland, FutureMeds, Lufthansa Technik Aktiengesellschaft, Nasdaq, NATEK Poland, The Shire – Beyond Coworking and SPCG. FutureMeds occupies space in both the office and retail and service areas of the building.

The architectural design of Infinity was developed by AD Studio, while Eiffage Polska Budownictwo acted as the general contractor. JLL is responsible for the commercialisation of the property.
