mBank chooses Infinity in Wrocław

mBank S.A., a leader in digital banking in Poland, has decided to relocate its largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia to the Infinity office building in Wrocław, located at ul. Legnicka 16. mBank S.A. will occupy nearly 1,300 m² on the fourth floor of the building, overlooking the Old Town. The tenant will move into the development owned by Avestus Real Estate and Alchemy Properties in January 2027.

mBank is synonymous with innovative solutions in Polish banking. The bank has been operating since 1986 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1992. It is the fifth-largest bank in Poland by total assets, serving 5.7 million retail banking clients and 36,000 corporate banking clients. For the past 18 years, it has also been present in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, offering services to individual customers. mBank continues to strengthen its position in the financial market as one of the most reliable and innovative partners for its clients.

mBank’s corporate branches and offices are located in more than 40 cities across Poland. In January 2027, mBank’s largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia will commence operations at its new address in the very heart of Wrocław, at ul. Legnicka 16, in the Infinity office building. The office, comprising nearly 1,300 m² of high-quality space, will be located on the fourth floor of the building. In addition to corporate banking, the new location will also house a private banking branch as well as mLeasing.

Infinity is a seven-storey Class A office building offering 18,727 m² of office space and 1,561 m² of retail and service space. The building’s distinctive features include an impressive lobby with indoor greenery, spacious rooftop terraces with landscaping elements and greenery, as well as the innovative building management platform developed by spaceOS, available to all tenants of the development. The office building also features a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and full cycling infrastructure including 128 bicycle spaces, changing rooms and showers.

The development, delivered by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties, was built in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM Excellent certification, as well as the WELL Health-Safety certification, confirming a high standard of safety procedures. In order to ensure the building’s low-emission performance and minimise its environmental impact, all activities within the Infinity project, from construction works through applied technologies and solutions to building management, are carried out in line with ESG criteria.

Office tenants at the building include Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wrocław, ingage Poland, FutureMeds (present in both the office and retail and service areas of Infinity), Lufthansa Technik Aktiengesellschaft, NATEK Poland, The Shire – Beyond Coworking and SPCG. Retail and service tenants include Medicover Stomatology dental clinic, Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni, Żabka convenience store, FutureMeds, “UP” Fitness Club with a Mission and the Enel-Med medical centre.

The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio. The general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, while JLL was responsible for the commercialisation of the project.
