Infinity welcomes a prestigious new tenant, Lufthansa Technik AG

The Polish branch of Lufthansa Technik AG, a global provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for civil aviation, has joined the group of tenants at the Infinity office building in Wrocław. The company has leased over 860 m2 of office space in the building, in the heart of the city on ul. Legnicka. Lufthansa Technik AG will move into its new headquarters in April 2026. The lease was signed for seven years.

The Lufthansa Technik Group is one of the world’s leading providers of technical services for aviation. The company holds international certifications for maintenance, production, and design, and employs more than 22,000 people across dozens of locations worldwide. Lufthansa Technik offers a full range of services for commercial, VIP, and special-mission aircraft. Its portfolio includes maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification of airframes, engines, components, and landing gear, as well as the production of innovative cabin elements and digital fleet support.

At Infinity, Lufthansa Technik AG will occupy more than 860 m2 of high-quality office space on the fourth floor of the building. The company will move into its new premises in April 2026.

Infinity is a seven-storey, Class A office building offering 18,727 m2 of office space and 1,561 m2 of retail and service space. Key features of Infinity include an impressive lobby with live greenery, spacious rooftop terraces with landscaping and urban furniture, and an innovative building management platform by spaceOS available to all tenants. The office building also offers a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and full cycling infrastructure with 128 bicycle racks, locker rooms, and showers.

To ensure low emissions and minimize environmental impact, all activities related to the Infinity project, from construction to applied technologies and management, have been carried out in accordance with ESG criteria. The project, developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties, was completed in line with BREEAM certification requirements at the Excellent level and holds the WELL Health-Safety certification, confirming its high safety standards.

Alongside Lufthansa Technik AG, Infinity’s office tenants include Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wrocław, ingage Poland, FutureMeds (which has leased both office and retail/service space at Infinity), NATEK Poland, The Shire-Beyond Coworking, and SPCG. Retail and service tenants include the Medicover Stomatology dental clinic, Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni bakery, a Żabka convenience store, FutureMeds, the “UP” Fitness Club with a Mission, and the Enel-Med medical centre.

The architectural design of Infinity was created by AD Studio. The general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL is responsible for the building’s commercialization.
